The schedule features four teams playing a total of 100 league games. The Brooklyn Aces, Danbury Mad Hatters, Jersey Rockhoppers, and the Hudson Valley Bears will each play 50 regular season games during the 2008-09 season.

The Eastern Professional Hockey League announced today that the Hudson Valley Bears will join the league as a new team playing out of the Mid-Hudson Civic Center in Poughkeepsie , N.Y. and the Ice Time Sports Complex in Newburgh , N.Y. The team will announce its head coach and first player signings as well as website, contact, schedule and ticket information in the coming week.

MAD HATTERS ANNOUNCE 'GUARANTEED WIN NIGHT'
(DANBURY, CT) – The Danbury Mad Hatters of the Eastern Professional Hockey League (EPHL) have announced that they will be having a Guaranteed Win Night on Wednesday, November 26 against the Jersey Rockhoppers at the Danbury Ice Arena.
On Guaranteed Win Night, if the Mad Hatters lose to the Rockhoppers, all fans in attendance will be able to exchange their ticket stubs for one FREE ticket of equal or lesser value to the Mad Hatters game on Thursday, December 11. Tickets can be exchanged through the Mad Hatters or through the DIA box office on the night of December 11. Only tickets stubs from the November 26 game will be accepted for Guaranteed Win Night exchange.
If the Mad Hatters win on Guaranteed Win Night, all fans in attendance will receive a coupon good for one FREE guaranteed hot dog which can be redeemed at any Mad Hatters home game with a valid ticket. It's a guaranteed win-win situation for the fans of the Mad Hatters!

MAD HATTERS 'Play Like a Pro'
The Danbury Mad Hatters are proud to announce their 'Play Like a Pro' program for the 2008-2009 season. The Mad Hatters are inviting any interested local hockey teams consisting of players 12-and-under to participate. The team will play a mini-game during the 1st intermission at each Madhatters' Home game. After their mini-game the kids will touch gloves with the Mad Hatters as they re-enter the rink for the 2nd period.
